I love food! I love to cook – but grains were a staple in the house I grew up in. When I decided to make a change, I was forced to learn A LOT. (Like how to cook all sorts of things I can’t pronounce!) I focused on gaining the skills to create food I enjoyed, that followed the Paleo lifestyle, because I knew if I didn’t still enjoy my food, I wouldn’t stick with it.
As my physical changes have become more obvious, friends and family have asked ‘what I’ve been doing’… so I created this blog. I hope to give ideas that will inspire people to make changes, big and small, and help them realize they can still love food, and be healthy at the same time! I hope to keep adding to this list for a long time to come!
