Here’s a way to change up the classic grill routine of ketchup, mustard and pickles. You won’t miss the bread because it’ll just get in the way of the best part – the tzatziki!
4 grass fed burgers, seasoned with garlic and celery salt
1 English cucumber, diced
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
Prepared tzaziki sauce (I buy mine at Trader Joes)
Mixed leafy greens (arugala is my fav, especially for this)
Grill the burgers. Build salads on plates starting with greens, then burgers, tzatziki, and dividing equally all veggies. Top with salt and pepper. Eat!
